After researching on logos, I used Photoshop and attempted to create one of my own.



Following the simple black standard logo, I typed the word Nokturn then use the smudge tool to create different effects.



I experimented with a range of styles and finally settled for this one (on the right). The first letter 'N' has been smudged out on each of the sides to create a sleek finish and the rubber tool has been roughly slashed through all the letters, creating a broken, unfinished and a sense of lack of clarity which helps to give an edgier look.



This will be the logo that will be used on the promotional products and in the video.
