LOGO

Logos are used as a marketing technique for all products and also in the music industry. A few examples are given here of logos for a few Korean bands and they all generally adopt a simple black and white colour scheme but each has its own distinctive typography. The typography is what makes the logos unique and these are used on their albums and promotional posters to make them instantly recognisable.

On promotional products the logo may be altered slightly to fit the concept as seen here with BIGBANG. Despite the change in colour and album logos, the typography remains the same. This link between the official BIGBANG logo and their products is strengthened through the consistent use of it, making them more recognisable amongst their consumers and audiences.
