Coloured/dyed hair is becoming an increasingly popular choice with Korean stars, with the likes of TOP and B.A.P rocking their pastel and fluorescent colours. These funky colours make the artists more memorable and stand out with their unique hair colours.

However, my piece will mainly be in monochrome, so the hair colour does not matter as much.

One will sport a short mohawk hairstyle which is a common choice for many Korean stars. This simple cut is fresh but stylish and helps to create an edgy look, which will fit the concept of the video well.

Another will have a longer, less styled hairstyle, similar to Lee Hong Ki’s hair as seen here. A fringe is also popular with Korean males as it also reveals their trendiness, which is important when selling the artist. This will also fit well with my video as it conforms to Korean music ideals and is simple enough to make create a stylish image whilst not going over the top, diverting the focus on the performance.
