is becoming a trend in countries such as Japan. Using Yamaha Corporation’s Vocaloid 2 synthesizing technology, a female persona is supposedly the artist with the voice of her actually being from a voice actress named Saki Fujita. Music videos released are produced using CGI and what is the most amazing is the concerts. There are actually concerts for this animated character with a holographic image being projected but there is no difference from a normal concert.

This is an example of how advanced technology has become and its impact on the music industry. Although not technically a music artist but a musical synthesizer application, this truly amazing growing trend just shows the possibility of technology and I believe that it will not be long before holograms and such become a common part in our daily lives.
