The completed music video was uploaded onto YouTube so it was easily accessible and could be shared amongst people to collect audience feedback. This equally permitted me to measure a greater cross section of my target audience for more informed responses regarding my product.

The internet once again came into play at the evaluation stages as it freed me from the geographical restrictions and allowed me to share the link amongst a variety of people across the world of a range of ages.

 

I messaged people links to the video and attached a questionnaire through social media sites and they replied with their filled out questionnaires which I read through and evaluated, allowing me to focus on my skills and areas that need developing in my journey into music video promotion.

 

This provided me with feedback from a variety of people from different cultures, ages and genders and to produce an impartial, clear evaluation of the media product. 

Media technologies have played a major role in the entirety of construction, research, planning and evaluation and the whole process has been documented via website creator ‘wix’. 

This visual portfolio of work creates a more exciting and interesting viewing experience and is more efficient and organised as the digital format means that information can be easily arranged, altered and shared, unlike the paper and pen method which was not always organised and in one place as the wix website.

Additionally because all the work carried out is available electronically, it is possible to access these files from anywhere at anytime – once more proving to be highly useful in the life of a film maker and marketing expert.
