The floral setting gives her a girly image with a sense of vulnerability yet power without the rock-style as in her last album.

The album cover for this one shows Rihanna looking down, creating a sense of innocence and vulnerability, but the red lipstick complimenting the red hair contradict it, maintain the strong image she created with her previous albums.
